I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, mainly because the rooms felt clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the service, especially how helpful the staff was with my parcel delivery to the airport. The location was convenient being near Kyoto Station, but it wasn't as close to some attractions as I had hoped. The dining area had some great Japanese options, but the continental selection was a bit limited. Overall, it offered good value for money, but a few areas could use improvement.
